Make yourself a filter that sends emails with the word "Rybka" into your waste
basket.

I get literally hundreds of emails complaining about my web site (formerly FTP
site).  I have a filter that sends any of them that contain foul language into
my wastebasket, so I don't even read them.  That removes about a large
percentage of them.  It's less now with a web site, because lots of people don't
really know how to use FTP, and so I would have to tell them how to use mget and
things like that.  At any rate, the best thing to do is just ignore it.

No matter what you do, you can't please everyone.
