Which bitbase format are you looking for? This is the most complete set (comes with KnightDreamer): http://cap.connx.com/Contrib/Johan/ Amateur engines can use them, but professional engines have to pay to use them. Daniel Shaul is working on EGTB and EGBB files right now. I expect that fairly soon they will become available along with favorable terms for usage.
