I do not remember that he asked in his posts not to send it to other people.
He only asked in the readme file not to do it.

"We ask that the beta releases not be circulated except in cases where special
permission was given, as it was for example to all of the members of the CEGT
test team. Those interested in becoming beta testers are asked to please contact
us directly to get a copy."

Note that I think that the file is an old file because it is also written:
"Thanks for agreeing to become a beta taster for Rybka 1.0." and I never agreed
to become beta tester of Rybka but only downloaded it so I doubt if the previous
lines are relevant.

Note that the only problem is that I read a claim that sending it to other is
illegal and I think that if it is the law it is a bad law because law should be
clear and if I do not need to accept conditions that forbid me to send something
that I downloaded in the internet then the law should not forbid me to do it.
