What is RAR file,anyway? Thanks again! Horst Hello Horst, A rar file is a compressed file, somewhat like a zip file. You need to uncompress this rar file using a program which handles that format. There are many free programs available on the Internet that will do this, if you use Google et.el I'm sure that you will find one. I don't believe WinZip can handle rar files as yet. Terry
