If he is not guilty, what's wrong with posting his ICC name? Only a cheater
would be worried about his name being posted and experts on computer cheaters
[like me :-)] looking up his history. A non cheater has nothing to fear from his
ICC handle being posted anywhere.

I am thinking of starting a web page where I would post the names of peole
who have been accused of computer cheating (and my judgment) on a web page
:-)
