Subject: CEGT 40/40 Rybka progress report

Hi all,

new data by our stats magician Kirill Kryukov will become available on Sunday.

With 428 games more for Rybka 1.0 Beta-32bit default I want to give a short
progress report, although important matches against for example Shredder 9 are
still in progress and not included.

The rating is calculated with EloStat. This corresponds the second column in
Kirill´s tables. Current reference from Shredder 9 is here 2742 ELO (there was a
change to give 2750 BayesELO as reference and we will probably change to a
general average opposition ELO of 2625 giving a rating of around 2750 for
Shredder 9, but being more flexible to changes overall).

So Rybka 1.0 Beta-32bit improved by 6 ELO since last update.

Rating for the very tactical setting at this point should be ignored. Tests are
just started and this is based on only 31 games against a Deep Junior version.

The Sunday update will include many games more for the "very tactical" setting
and also for the 64-bit version.
