A lot of google's extra-long, multilinked javascript URLs don't work right for me when I run the usual google searches for information. I get a lot of site-not-errors from those links. But that doesn't affect by ability to get/send my pop3/smtp(SSL) gmail via a client such as Outlook Express or access it via my IE6 browser. That has always worked OK for me - except, when gmail was starting up they had a lot of outages. But their server outages are now infrequent. It's working fine for me. Best suggestion is to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and maybe reset your computer too. You might also want to ask such technical questions on general technical forums or newsgroups.
