Lots of reasons. It's fun, it's exciting, and above all, as I said elsewhere: it
is truly the first time I have ever felt I could genuinely improve my game by
watching an engine play. Other engines show their great strength, show some nice
ideas, and some great shots, but don't convince me overall to think: "Gee, I
wish I could play like EngineX". I might wish I could *perform* as well as
EngineX, but that is something different altogether.
