Never heard of this before, any documentation i can read up on it? It's pretty easy. Boot the Windows CD (you can't run setup.exe from within Windows or it will force you to upgrade). It will detect that there is an existing filesystem, choose leave the filesystem intact. It will also detect that there is an existing Windows directory, tell it you want to install into another directory, maybe Windows.64. When you boot, it will give you a boot menu to choose which version of Windows to boot. BTW, if you have an Opteron machine you can improve your memory performance by putting /pae in boot.ini on the boot line.
