I agree. Send a message to the admin of the server along with the game. If they take no action: 1. No play them. 2. Go somewhere else to play. If you want to know about a particular game in this forum, why not just post it with "?" for both white and black and then ask for opinions. Adding names adds nothing and only casts aspersions on someone who may or may not be breaking the rules.
