      Hi Bernardo
      It's very easy. Save the game in PGN-format.
      Open the PGN with an editor, mark the contents,
      copy the contents (Ctrl+C) which is now in the
      Windows clipboard, go to this forum and paste
      the contents you have copied with Ctrl+V.
