Yes, i've seen rybka get stuck in endgames that seem like they should be winning...I just can't believe it is 30 points better than fritz 9 and fruit and plays engame relatively weakly. So, as a metric, 20 elo points usually means %5 better (given same oponents) Instrestingly, Fritz 9, despite all its knowledge, often fails to see when an opposite coloured bishop endgame is a draw (when there is imbalance of material). amazing..after nine versions, f9 will still head to an opposite bishop ending, thinkign this is the way to win
