No, note that he also adds before all these the "Release issues (NOT fixed):"

 You will have to wait 5 more days until 17 December where all these
aforementioned things will be fixed except for the : No endgame knowledge and

 For these to be fixed you will have to wait another 24 days until 10 January
2006.......
