Yes, but its not that easy.
It seems that white cannot get to a-pawn with his king without losing f-pawn.
For example:

51. Kf4 h5 52. Ke4 Ke7 53. Kd5 Kd7 54. Bg2 h4 55. Bh3 Kc7 56. Ke6
Be3

or

56. f6 Kd8 57. Be6 Ke8 58. Kc6 h3
