Subject: a question about GMAIL

Can anybody tell me how to setup my gmail account because whenever i download
messages to my outlook express at home, and afterwards i wish to download again
to my outlook express at work, i cannot...... It doesnt happen with Yahoo mail
because it runs smoothly the option "leave the messages in the server for 5 0r 7
days".....It looks like this option doesnt work for gmail??? Thx in advance
