First of all "Hiarcs sucks" is not an opinion it is a statement, second yes it is against the charter as there is no attempt on your part to explain why you state it "sucks", thus making it an attack since it is (when unsupported by reason) on it's own is filled with negative associations and references, third the moderation is not "illigal" as you put it, you either follow the charter and moderation or find another place. Your behaviour to being corrected is very immature and is classical troll behaviour to "act as the victim", a mature person would either accept the moderators (community) suggestion or find another place if that person could not reconcile their own need for using certain words and the needs of the community, but here is the mature part, they would do it quietly (as that is the mature thing to do). The sooner you find out that you _cannot_ make the whole community change to your own needs, the sooner you will find out what a wonderful place this is, but somehow i have a feeling that that is not your "agenda"...
