Others nominate us, and from time to time, some of us choose to accept the nomination since moderators are needed to prevent this from turning into a shouting match. Second, "Hiarcs sucks" is simply not acceptable. If you can't express yourself better than that, then perhaps you should defer posting to others that have a better vocabulary and are better able to express their thoughts with careful and non-derogatory choices of words. Thirdly, if you don't like how the moderators do their job, either (a) go somewhere else; (b) wait until the next election and vote for someone else; or (c) abide by the charter and post responsibly. It can't get much simpler than that...
