First, you are misinformed.  We don't "choose to run."  Others nominate us, and
from time to time, some of us choose to accept the nomination since moderators
are needed to prevent this from turning into a shouting match.

Second, "Hiarcs sucks" is simply not acceptable.  If you can't express yourself
better than that, then perhaps you should defer posting to others that have a
better vocabulary and are better able to express their thoughts with careful and
non-derogatory choices of words.

Thirdly, if you don't like how the moderators do their job, either (a) go
somewhere else;  (b) wait until the next election and vote for someone else;  or
(c) abide by the charter and post responsibly.

It can't get much simpler than that...
