Michael, How are you doing? I read the account of the Colorado Closed at the following site and had some questions for you. http://www.cca-chess.org/colorado.htm I didn't really understand your earlier post (I was probably brain dead at the time) as to what had happened, so I searched the net for the tournament. Here is my confusion. Why did the game against Anderson not count and the one against Barlay count? Do you know the USCF rules associated with these decisions? Also, for this type of stuff, do the computer programs (that the tournament director uses for pairing) force the results of this based off of the USCF rules or is this somewhat at the discretion of the director?
