Since Hydra is not like the commercial programs (e.g. it's not something for
sale) I am not sure what they have to lose.  For commercial systems like Fritz,
I can see why they would come (if they think they have good chances to win) or
stay away (if they think they have good chances to lose) but for a giant pile of
custom hardware that is for a single group to monkey around with, I do not see
why they should be afraid.

They can't lose any sales because Hydra is not a machine that is for sale.

Mabye in the future they will sell Hydra boards or something. But I see a clean
separation between those things.
