Perhaps you should grow up, and learn to read. I have responded to this very
thing many times. I do _not_ like being a moderator. But we have to have them
to prevent stuff such as has been happening of late. And as a founding member
of this "club" I feel obligated to be a moderator every now and again. I get
nomimated _every_ time we have an election. I generally agree to run about 1/2
the time, sometimes 1/3, to make sure that (a) we get more people involved and
(b) satisfy my personal obligation that I ought to be willing to moderate if I
am willing to take advantage of this place myself.

What you are ranting about I have no idea. No I didn't HAVE to run. But I felt
that I have an obligation to do so from time to time, just as I'd hope others
feel that way.

If you don't like how it works, please go somewhere else...

more posts like this one and you might go away by moderator decision. We've put
up with more than enough crap the last month or so, tolerance to more is running
very low.
