That is of course not possible because there is no Rybka version for the PPC.

The speed factor of the 2.5 Ghz PPC is roughly 0.75 to the 2.4 Ghz Athlon64
3400.
Don't forget that Rybka is translated through wine.
But I agree longer time controls would be more reliable.
