Unfortunately I can't.  There is no Hiarcs 9 for Mac OS X.  I played a match
with a similar (but probably very slightly weaker) Glaurung version against
Hiarcs 9.6 recently, though.  Hiarcs won by 65.5-34.5.

According to Mark Uniacke, the difference in strength between Hiarcs 9 and
Hiarcs 9.6 is about 40 Elo points.

Yes, extrapolating from the results against Hiarcs 10 and Hiarcs 9.6, I
would expect Glaurung to score about 40% against Hiarcs 9.
