I am trying to get a match going with an old slow cpu using one of today's top engines against an old engine using today's very fast hardware. As you must all know, the new motherboards do not have a serial port and thus getting a match going against an old computer is not possible. Why is there no updated autoplayer that uses the USB port. This would allow us to use older motherboards by simply using a PCI USB card (if the older hardware does not have USB). My plan is to do a match between Rybka on a Pentium 90 Mhz against a 3.4 Ghz PIV running Fritz 5.32.
