I ran a short 30 game engine tournament with Rybka 1.0 x64 beta vs Fruit 2.2.1 vs Deep Shredder 9 x64. Rybka and DS9x64 both used the Shredder book, Fruit used its own. Hash set at 8M, tablebases enabled, permanent brain off. There was a time management issue with Rybka, which should be corrected in the upcoming releases. Rybka 9 wins Fruit 6 wins Deep Shredder 9x64 5 wins System Dual Opteron 275 (=4 CPU's) I know that this is a small sample, however, please note that Rybka and Fruit both used a single cpu of the 4 available. It looks like these results are being duplicated on single versus single cpu's, with slightly different cash settings. Rybka has truly taken the computer chess world by storm! Can't wait to see what Deep Rybka and Deep Fruit will bring to the seach. Frank
