Soon it will be time for the annual Xmas party at my office generally this is a rather festive affair where the partners rub elbows with the staff,errand boys talk to managers and clerical staff hobnob with whom ever they please food and drink is offered in a cornucopia of abundance and music plays to the delight of many this year i was thinking of a change of pace.. instead of the same lousy sandwiches and booze i was thinking of displaying my chess computers i would arrive early to set it up instead of where the hot meals would be placed..i would place some large wooden computers in place of sandwiches..smaller tabletop computers and instead of the desert tray..some smaller hand held portables i would turn all of the computers on and when everyone arrives waiting to eat and drink like drunken sailors,i would instead provide a demonstration of each model together with a verbal lecture i ran the idea by my secretary and she for some reason became tongue twisted and started to mumble and stutter i couldn't really understand her but i think she was agreeing it would be a splendid idea she did go home right afterwards..she mentioned she was suddenly feeling queasy i think she has the flu or something anyway..should be fun and i am hoping a joyous time will be had by all Jolly Xmas Regards Steve
