A Fide Master on Icc told me that After playing hiarcs7 Several games, he believed that it has a realistic chance of defeating yermo. This Same Fide master stated that the program has a very good grasp of positional chess, and that yermo may suffer shell shock similiar to that of Kaspy. "I have played and beaten many grandmasters in tournament chess as well as on ICC, hiarcs feels just as intimidating" according to the Fide Master. Having played hiarcs myself personally, and going from what I have heard others say, I think yermo better take this match very seriously or he is likely to go down in History as the first grandmaster to lose to a Micro Computer Program under tournament conditions.
