I was just wondering if the CCC forum &/or the moderators believe that "the accusing of individuals (proof or no) of cheating" is the purpose of this forum. If it lies outside the scope of the CCC forum, then such needs clarifying by the moderators. Right? What about a vote? If it's OK, then OK, OK? But clarification would be good, seems like. Again, pardon me if my characterazation misstruck a tender spot. Not intended in any way. Sorry.
