I will be very surprised if rybka does not win some games.
It sometimes does not mate but there is no rule that it never mates and you need
to wait to the 50 move rule to adjudicate the game as drawn.

I still did not buy the commercial version but it is supposed to be fixed in
version 1.1

It does not happen in every game so I am practically sure that the RES is not
going to get 50% or more against it.
