i think the opposite is true the older high-end dedicated computers make the game stronger for the player because there is the possibilty to win or at least last longer and lose late in game with the PC programs the games are over by move 30 unless you continue to play until mate..this is not making the player stronger it is better to play someone 200-400 points better and not 1000 points better for 1000 points better there is no real game Old ICD RULE for upgrading to new computer regards Steve
