Looks like Deep Junior 8 was using Junior 9.ctg

It seems since it came out of book and then went back into book with 8....Ng3+
wouldn't you think to add this line to Hiarcs 10 book? seems a pretty natural
thing to do, especially if using that as a part reason for the loss (the effect
of time due to book). Or at least add 7....e5 to Hiarcs books if not the Ng4
line.
