I think rybka is clearly a bit better than fruit 2.2.. See http://www.husvankempen.de/nunn/ratingall.html. at short time controls, the differece seems to get bigger (http://www.husvankempen.de/nunn/ratingall.html). And my own experience...at very shoft time controls (4 2), fruit is not so great. It is probably behind a number of engines.
