I will not attempt to predict any ranking, but I predict that the highest
rated program one year from now will be at least 100 Elo points stronger
than the current top programs, and probably closer to 200 points.

Apart from the established top programs, I think SlowChess and Thinker
have the best chances to surprise us all.
