Arena is supposedly passing "xboard" as an option (defined in the engine window) to my program. The record shows it but the output is not compatible and so is sliced and diced since it is not ply, time, score, nodes, pv. See text below marked with **. I am not sure why since when I do "teedee xboard" or teedee carriage return xboard and then make a move, it correctly displays in the ply, time, score, nodes, pv output that is winboard-compatible to Arena. I see no obvious solution at this point and am still looking.
