Hi Mark

I am not saying that they do, But why is it so impossible to believe that FM
and IM's cheat also? They are human, and can be tempted like anyoneelse right?
Actually computer cheating could possibly benifit them more than anyonelse,
because some make their living on chess, and the higher one's rating is on Icc,
the better the chances of getting students. Also, they would be the ones more
likely to be able to get away with it. So the motive is definitely there, and
most programs play far better chess than most Fide, and International masters at
fast time controls, which is what most players of that level play. Ofcourse it
is probally unlikely that they do, but I would not say impossible. To suggest
that they would not cheat is to elevate them to a moral level I doubt they
deserve. After all they are good chessplayers, not necessarily good human bings.
