I can't remember the "exact" time control, but I am certain it was not 40/2.

Again, check the details of the match.  Yusopov lost the quickplay match, but
won the 40/2 mini-match.  And it was the same story when Rebel played Anand last
summer.

I think people tend to put to much emphasis on the success of the machines at
fast time controls.  40/2 is a whole different game.

Guess it depends on your perspective.  If Hiarcs wins the match it will be the
first micro to accomplish this feat against a top-notch GM.

Personally, I don't think it's going to happen.  My prediction is Yermo 4-2.
