Then the person can mix his moves in with the computer's moves... IE, when the position becomes "positional" in nature, the human takes over for a few moves, but when things heat up tactically, the guy allows the computer to find the correct combination. When you play 1 1 chess you're pretty much guaranteed that your opponent is a human.
