This happens to me when my Windows audio is Disabled. I think my sons Warcraft program is the cause. You man notice that your sound icon is missing out of the tray in the bottom right of your monitor. What I do to correc this is. Click on the following: Start / Administrative tools / Services / Windows audio. Set the Windows audio to Automatic, and click on start to re-start this service. U can also find the Administrative services from the Control panel! Hope this helps Dennis
