On the chess servers that evolved from AICS, time controls are denoted as two
numbers.  The first is the base time in minutes, the second is the fischer-clock
increment.

"1 0" (there is a space between the 1 and the 0), means one minute base time and
no increment.

So this is a super-blitz time control, the fastest one allowed on the servers.
