Actually, I am relatively happy with share it - their only problem is that they
have no sense of urgency. Their turnaround time to offer a new download can be
up to 48 hours. After around 2 hours I already get swamped with email. Maybe
computer chess is a bit atypical though .. :-)

Anyway all of the share it customers have now been processed manually.
