I do not remember such claim.
Did he claim that he wrote 100% of the code?

There is a difference between claiming nothing and claiming that the code is
100% your code.

I am also not sure if you can say about open source code that they are 100%
original code.

nalimov tablebases are not original code and even if you ignore tablebases
there are many non chess related things when programmers simply copy code from
another source
I am sure that you can see one of the following lines in many source codes.

1)#include <cstdio>
2)#include <stdio.h>

Note that I did not know about alternative 1 before looking at fruit's source
and I guess that they are equivalent(I do not get errors if I replace one of the
cases when I use 2 by 1.

You can correct me if I am wrong because it is only a guess and I do not know
much about c(big part of what I know is based on looking at other sources and
unlike most of the other programmers of chess engines I almost never study
programming at university and I studied mainly mathematics).

I would like to know if there is an advantage for fruit code relative to my code
because it seems that everything that fabien does is better than what I do.

It's beyond me why anybody recognizes Toga as a distinct engine.

This is clearly wrong.

Changing code of source program is clearly more original work than changing
personality of chessmaster.

You do not need to have knolwedge about programming in order to change
personality of chessmaster but you need to understand something in fruit in
order to change the code without bugs.
