I think it's pinball chess. It may be fun, but has little to do with "classical" chess. There is no way to get to a strategic plan. And you hardly have the time to develop some tactical plans like you still can in 5,0 or even 3,0 - and that's the edge for me. But you are right. Chess is chess if rules of chess apply. But foremost, chess should be fun. If you have fun with 1,0, play it. Jeroen ;-}
