Hi, I am fairly new to computers on the internet, I have always used CM programs until recently when a friend loaned me a copy of his Fritz 5.32 to try. I was amazed by Fritz's easy to use interface and as a result bought the copy from him. I was also amazed by the amount of programs available on the internet, I was surprized when I read people saying that the CM6000 wasn't as good as other programs, since I now had one of the listed best, Fritz, and found them quite equal. I had up until getting Fritz tried various personalities and found one that at tourney times will beat the CM6000 chessmaster about 60/40. When I got Fritz I played games against the CM6000 chessmaster and found they were about even at tourney times, but that my personality would also beat Fritz 60/40 at tourney times. I also find that my personality will win both Fritz and CM6000 Chessmaster at fast time controls of 10 seconds a move each. So I was not shocked that CM6000 is one of the best two computers. Do other people have settings they feel are better than the chessmaster for CM6000 and if they could post them I would be interested in trying them. But just remember I have the very best lol yipeeeeee. UltraB
