I just have to look at the 24 games chess match at 25 minute time control that Kasparov played on ICC. the quality of the games were quite low, but they were exciting to watch. But I think if you only ever play blitz chess that your game will suffer, that in my opinion. Nothing like a nie 40/2 games to make your concentration better. Because in speed chess if you get into a situation sometime you get flustered and lose concentration and blunder and you do not have time to recover.
