well for brand new and wood not an issue i would go with the Novag Star Diamond
its the strongest dedicated computer you can buy as new today
it has an extensive opening book

no dedicated computers have endgame databases like the Namilov table bases but
most high-end dedicated computers sold today  know all of the standard mates and
have fairly good pawn endgame knowledge

the more realistic Elo is about 2150-2200 Elo
which is more than 400 point stronger then your Turbo King
both of these sites are quoting the estimated rating in USCF not Elo
