Subject: Can someone tell me right now how to get Rybca?

I need to know the exact address of the best free Rybca version (32-bit), and
even more complicated, what to put it in so that it will come up as a playble
program, and not just a read-only file or something.
Believe it or not, I never yet downloaded any such program (like winboard?),
because I was most of the time not at my own computer that I could do what I
want with. (Only Arasan was the easiest program to download, as that comes
together with a playing set).
Serious! Please can someone instruct just this last time (I'm now with my own
computer)?
