The current CCC and CTF mods are pushing for a forum update that allows the forum to appear the same as it currently does, but with better means of preventing multiple accounts and trolls. Steven Schwartz has left it up to his website administrator to investigate. He is going to do this in the new year from my understanding, so there may be hope yet for changes. At present CCC has far too many trolls and multiple sign ups.
