Subject: Peculiar Position for Fritz5.3???

In the following position:
                           5bNk\7n\5PK\3Q4\8\8\8\

          Key Move Q-d8   This is a Mate in 2

          Fritz only found a Mate in 3 after setup......

          even in Correspondence mode. Even after the Key move

          Q-d8 was played Fritz did not find the Mate in 1!!

          Anyone have an explanation????????  Thanks
