Subject: Shredder 9

I think that Shredder 9 is still the strongest engine of all, although Rybka 1
seems to me very interesting. Zappa, Fritz or Fruit? Well, may be they are not
too bad on the fastest multi-cpu hardware... However, when it comes to endgame
analysis or play, Shredder is much above any.
I hear, there are a lot of engine configurations apart from the default one.
Anyone knows which is the most optimum?
