It depends on the interface you are using. If you have a Fritz program (or
Junior, Hiarcs, etc.), then start the program, press 's' (lowercase) for
Position Setup, set up the position, and click on 'Copy FEN'. This copies the
position to the Windows clipboard, so that you can paste it wherever you like.

If you don't have one, then you can use the free Arena available at
http://www.playwitharena.com

In Arena, go to the Position menu, click on 'Setup a Position', set up the
position, then click Ok. Now, go again to the Position menu, and at the bottom
select 'Copy FEN to clipboard', and it will copy the position in FEN format to
the Windows clipboard. You can paste it here.

The Windows keyboard shortcut to paste is Ctrl-V by the way.
