Depends on the server. On ICC I don't think it is possible to move faster than 1
move in 0.1 seconds. I say this as the interface allows one to actually play
(drop the piece) a second before the other move arrives. I have tried this in an
attempt to play instantly but noticed that even then, when the move i played in
advance was legal, I was discounted 0.1 seconds.
